My Approach

I create a safe and compassionate space where empathy and authenticity guide our work together. Through active listening and empathetic support, I help you discover your own insights and solutions to challenges such as anxiety, identity crises, and building self-awareness and resilience.

My work draws from an integrative psychotherapy approach, blending person-centered therapy, Gestalt therapy, and existential principles. This allows me to tailor our sessions to your unique needs and focus on both immediate concerns (such as relationship difficulties and work-related stress) and deeper existential questions, including meaning, identity, and freedom. By exploring these areas, we work together to enhance your self-awareness and help you navigate life’s complexities with greater clarity and confidence.

How I Work

In our first session, we’ll explore what brought you to therapy and identify the key areas you’d like to focus on. From there, we’ll collaboratively set goals that reflect your needs and desires.

I offer a flexible, client-centered approach that adapts as we move forward. Whether addressing emotional struggles or deeper existential concerns, I incorporate techniques that promote awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. This enables you to gain clarity, make authentic choices, and pursue personal growth.

I provide face-to-face, telephone, and online therapy to ensure flexibility and convenience. My goal is to support you in navigating life’s challenges and help you find a path to clarity, peace, and authenticity
