I have over 13 years of experience in the UK mental health system, including working in supported housing with clients who have high mental health needs and experience various mental health challenges. I have worked closely with psychiatric nurses, psychiatrists, GPs, social workers, counselors, and civil workers from local councils. This experience has given me a unique insight into the mental health system and has led me to focus my career on therapeutic work with clients in counseling and psychotherapy.
I offer a non-judgmental, empathic space to explore your experiences, no matter how difficult they may feel. My therapeutic approach is tailored to your specific concerns, providing personalised guidance and practical coping mechanisms. Together, we can embark on a journey of personal healing, self-discovery, and resilience. My goal is to help you cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself, overcome challenges, and move towards a more fulfilling, peaceful, and happier life. I specialize in anxiety, social anxiety, depression, and stress, and also work with issues relating to both women's and men's experiences. I’ve helped many clients navigate difficulties in relationships and intimacy, guiding them toward healthier connections and more meaningful self-awareness.
Born in Slovakia, I’ve always felt a deep connection to those who are misunderstood or ostracised. My grandmother’s stories about my grandfather’s survival in a concentration camp (despite not being Jewish, his rebellious spirit against the system led him into trouble) have inspired me. This personal history instilled in me a strong desire to make a difference in society by supporting those who feel marginalised and unheard. Having partly grown up in England, I now call London my home, where I live with my long-term partner. After years of personal growth, I can say I’ve arrived at a place of joy, inner peace, and deep contentment. My burning desire is to help you find your own path to peace, calm, safety, and joy.
I offer therapy sessions in-person in Clapham, Chiswick, Earls Court and West Hampstead or online via video (Zoom, Teams, Skype, WhatsHapp, Face Time etc). I'm available most weekdays/ends and in the evenings.
